How to gain good endurance?

I'm going to guess your a girl as your name is Kelly (sorry if I'm wrong) but for decent training is run 100m do 10 burpees (a push up and a explosive starjump up) run another 100m do 20 burpees and continue or get someone behind you with a rope and thy provide resistance so it's harder for you to run and do that for 30m like 10 times hill sprints push up then hit punch bag for 4 hits and repeat for 1 minute this is what I did in one average session for my rugby and I ended up going from 69/120 fittest guy in my year to 19th with sessions like this over 5-6 months 3 times a week you can't increase it much in 6 days so start training for your races in 5-6 months time or just quit if you aren't committed to train.
