Im a 14 year old hooker and this year we start playing with Line-outs. My prob isnt the direction of the ball but that it comes out all wobbly, especially when I throw harder. Ive tried using one hand at the back and one in the front and both of them in the center. I sometimes get them right, especially when holding it really lightly with the back hand. Please help me! Watch the six nations this weekend. You seem to have tried the right methods and I suspect that it is simply a matter of persevering until you achieve a consistant and predictable throw, It took me months of practice before I could even be sure where the ball would reach. Thanks were due to a team-mate who spent as many hours spin-passing the ball back to me.
