I play for RGC south in wales and i used to be in a scrum but now im a scrum half and i had a Optimum Scrum cap which stood out on the whole pitch! If i was you then look on the Kooga Rugby or Optimum website (got best scrum caps)!!
Trust me on this please. Scrum caps do not protect you at all. All they do is give you a sense of artificial confidence which can end up getting you more hurt. When you get a knock on the head, the scrum cap isn't gonna do anything for your concussion, mate. Don't bother spending money on a colourful little piece of s**t that a back would where. That's my advice take it or leave it, doesn't bother me.
