I'm a rugby player and I want to....?

Work on a persific area out of arms or legs which one should I build muscle on and why? (ONLY ONE)

Why would you do this? Or want to? Frankly, it makes no sense if you are a rugby player. Your entire body is committed to the game, so you need strength *and stamina* (not just muscle mass) in all parts of your body. BLM pretty much always emphasizes the need for superior core strength. Many in addition to me will point out that you will be running at least 60 out of every 80 minutes of a game. Andrew and others will chime in that, especially if you are a forward, you will need strength in your arms as well as your legs. A single muscle group? Sorry, but this makes no sense to me. Mark L.

Core. If that fails, nothing else matters. Power Cleans, planks, squats and deadlifts. Edit: and of course Mark L. is right. It matters not the least bit how strong you are (anywhere) if you are too winded to get to the ball.

There are plenty of rugby opportunities in the pacific islands, I think

Spelling muscles.

try just legs and go play football. no commitment here.

i would work on your core muscels. but it also depends on what position you play.
