Highlights and replays are still available on the official RWC website
The official Rugby World Cup website has videos of full matches, I'm pretty sure that one is on it.
I'm not sure if that's possible (someone may prove me wrong) but I've looked and couldn't find anything, there a few DVDs out here in NZ but they were only highlights of all the games. This should do though:
