How to train for rugby season?

Ok @ my skwl it's compulsory 2 do a sport & I picked rugby 4 the winter season however I only have 20 more days of holiday to train 4 it (I'm in pretty good shape I just get tired quickly) any workout suggestions? First try some sprint training, sprint say 200m to one end of the pitch and back then do 20 push ups. Reapeat exersizes like this. It simulates the endurance needed for rugby as rugby is not just about how long you can run, but the strength you can produce while running as well. You could also try different exercises such as sit ups, pull ups o cross bar, etc
