hello we had to do this particular stretch for a performance at my school, and we needed really flexible shoulders for this. step 1: grab a towel step 2: fold it and wrap it up to desired length, shorter=more stretch, longer= less stretch. step 3: after this take the towel put it behind your back. hold on to it with both hands. (the towel is behind you, and your arms are facing outward so your elbow bone is facing up) step 4: spread your legs less than shoulder length apart or slightly more than shoulder length. again, less than shoulder length=more stretch, more than shoulder length= less stretch. step 5: bend over trying to get your hands to touch the ground or your legs. you can slightly bounce gently to get more stretch. you can also do this stretch without the towel, just holding your hands in a praying pose. if you can, get someone to lightly push your hands and arms down to the ground as you bend over. but make sure you hold steady with your legs or you'll fall over. :) hope i helped and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
