That's a lot of information for an internet forum -- and many aspects (passing out of the ruck, box kick, etc.,) require a fair amount of practise. But your coaches know this, and have still put you in the position which means they must have some confidence that you can perform. Have you spoken to them about your concerns?

Firing squad will probably be the best method to execute the ball. Lethal injection might also work. I'm not too sure about electrocution though.
