All I'm going to say is, this is not a good idea for the Force, I'm hoping for a much improved Waratahs next year.

If I was in charge of the Warratahs I would be hunting the best coach available. The way I see it the talent is there for at least a top eight finish, yet they play ugly and lose. So crack open the cheque book and make an offer to Wayne Smith who I rate as the best coach in NZ and have Martin Johnson as his forwards coach under expert tutelage from Wayne to harden up the powder puff pack. I know it is out there but the jobs for the boys mentality has got them no where and they need to think outside the box.
