BOD is God (Brian O'Drisscol), Ronan O Gara just retired this season, maybe someone not as known like Gordan Darcy, even Jonny Wilkinson. Paul O'Connell deserves one! Rockcoco maybe? sergio parisse although he isn't at the end of his career.

McCaw is a good player however being known to cheat from time to time may hinder his progress. Also there is a scottish commintator (Bill McLaren) who is the only person in the hall of fame not to have played elite professional rugby, simple because his passion and influence on the game. Just thought that would be interesting to note that it also counts on having good morals not simply skill.
