Ok so here is the deal. I am 16 years old and play on a division II team in Tampa,FL. I was wondering how to work my way up to a division 1 team, or get some scouts out to a game or two.How would I play pro rugby? Would I get scouted out, or I should I got to college to USF which is a college with a good rugby team? Can some one please help?
