if ive just started and im doing 3 x 10 reps on 3 different machines that work your upper body is this bad for my upper body too much strain on my muscles for a begginer ?

I dont think it will be bad unless u are pumping up the iron too much. If you wanna work out ur chest, i would recommend doing push-ups, pull-ups and possibly using a bench press. I find them to be much better to work out the chest than other workouts.

Honestly, you shouldn't use gym machinery. It is an unnatural exercise which usually focuses on an area of muscles rather than your whole body. If I were you, go down to the see or local swimming pool and swim as many laps as you can. Try 5x50 meter laps and then go up to 8 laps, then 10 and so on. So swim maybe in the mornings but then run in the afternoon. But every Sunday, don't try to do any exercise as this will strain you too greatly and your muscles will deteriorate.

You can do that ,how is the tenth rep? I do a heavy weight so my second set I can only get 8 and third 7 or 8. Do the machines ever other day. Do stomach everyday. Cardio every day.
