I want to play rugby but have no clue what to do?

I'm planning on joining a rugby club in a couple of months, I'm deciding to join in a couple of months purely to build up more muscle, also I don't know what position I would be good at Please give some advice on this issue too. I'm currently 16years old, 6'1 and weigh around 66kg or 10stone 2 pounds. I want to to be able to train in ways that create explosive muscle so I can be quick off the mark but also so when I get tackled I don't feel the hit as much, I understand I won't be mega fit by the time I will join but I will be better than I am now.I'm planning on joining a rugby club in a couple of months, I'm deciding to join in a couple of months purely to build up more muscle, also I don't know what position I would be good at Please give some advice on this issue too. Clubs are always happy to get new members. Don't even think about positions. They'll do that for you. Where you end up largely depends on what they already have. Too big for scrum half? Have you seen Mike Phillips?

The club will assess you and suggest positions. If you can run fast you may be a back. If you have grunt you can be in the pack. The in-betweens are flank forwards or the full back. You are too big for scrum half!

the best way to play is to start playing, i weigh 67kg and i play full back, but thats just me, I'm bad at tackling, I'm better at sprinting. since you're tall skinny id play wither fullback or either of the wings, outside center even,
