I Recently started playing rugby and really enjoy it but we have a big team and me being one of the skinniest on the team want to get a spot on the squad. Its upper body strength that i want to focus on as my legs are already quite strong. Do weights and work on your core/chest/arms/back/... muscles and if you dont see any progress well start having protein shakes preferably growth and repair
