I Recently started playing rugby and really enjoy it but we have a big team and me being one of the skinniest on the team want to get a spot on the squad. Its upper body strength that i want to focus on as my legs are already quite strong. This seasons almost over and i want to focus on getting stronger from now til the end of summer for next season. what should I eat and what excercises should I do? Do weights and work on your core/chest/arms/back&#x2F... muscles and if you dont see any progress well start having protein shakes preferably growth and repair
