If you know nothing about computers and like your hand held and a lot of useless restriction to make sure you don't do something stupid, go iPhone, It protects you against yourself to some extent, If you are a decent user of technology, S4 hands down. Better hardware, better functionality, better compatibility, better customizability. The fact that you need to ask makes me think you have not owned an Apple device before. You could try an iPod touch and see if you like it. If you never end up asking yourself constantly "Why won't it let me do that?", you are clear to get an IPhone. An Apple device is like a nutritionist overlord. It approves everything you eat, and as such you'll probably stay lean and healthy, But you might wish once in a while you could chose your own food get a frigging burger and a large coke,
Iphone, it works perfect forever, s4 evantually startsto freeze and stuff...
Iphone has the best security by far of any smartphone (because all code gets reviewed first before it can get into the appstore). To me thats the most important thing with a phone, no need to run antivirus or worry about what you are installing on it. The design is also better, far thinner and lighter, and isn't like a plate in your pocket.
