What are some good old fashioned Rugby Union Traditions?

I've spent my entire Rugby life at many different clubs, and different games experiencing different traditions. I am wanting to set up my own team, and keep the dying out traditions alive. I know of Applauding an injured player, and a losing team. The traditional pint after a game. and Even one of my favourites, the Man & Donkey of the Match where each team picks a good, and bad player of the game and they all compete to be the best at drinking a pint on a stool against their counterparts on the other team. Or even the Naked lap after a game for the new players! I don't suppose anyone else has any traditions they could help me with? Many Thanks!I've spent my entire Rugby life at many different clubs, and different games experiencing different traditions. Remaining scilent for the kicker, the only place you will see this anymore is irish club rugby sadly its a tradition that has turned into people booing when the go up to take the kick (We all have the welsh to thank for starting the booing tradition)
