I do not own many ice trays, so the amount of ice cubes I can make is very limited. I also do not want to go buy ice everytime or buy more ice trays as I do not have a lot of money (university student..) Will filling the bath tub with cold water have the same effect? it isnt necessary to have an ice bath. a cold bath should work in dispersing lactic acid and cooling body temp just fine. i usually have a cold bath followed by a hot shower and can definitely feel a difference in my body when i don't
