I have a rugby game Tommorrow my form has been off recently what can I do running up to the match to get back on form and have a stormer!!

My preperation is always the same.. Night Before: Cinema with my mates - home by 8:00pm. Plenty of water and a light meal. 12 hours sleep - no less, and certainly no more. Game day: Wake up. Plenty of water and energy drinks. Light breakfast : Beans on toast. If playing in the evening - pasta for lunch. Shower. Dressed. Warm up. Play. Follow that and you will be fine. Watch all the 6 nations games today focus on the players in your position - in my case, Fly Half. All the best - you will be fine.

Early night for lots of sleep, tomorrow warm up before the game and lots of stretches apart form that nothing you can do. (Make sure you do your best)
