What are the best cleats to play rugby on turf?

I play rugby in college and we practice and play our games on a turf field. I play scrumhalf or flyhalf. In March, I tore my ACL while simply trying to change direction. I had the $50 nike vapor soccer cleats with the molded plastic studs, and didnt feel well supported. Nike vapors fit me really well, so I would like to stay with them, but I was wondering what stud layout would give me the best traction on turf (it is pretty soft turf) and also give me good support to hopefully prevent further injury. Most of our away games are also played on turf, but we have a few on good grass. Could anybody give me some advice as to whether 6 metal studs or the molded studs would be better for turf?I play rugby in college and we practice and play our games on a turf field. I use the Adidas predators which are molded and they are pretty good. I think that metal studs would be better because they woudl just go straight through the ground and have less chance of getting stuck. However, its not as fast and could be dangerous, especially if you are kicking
