as an irishman i would love to think that we could win it but i highly doubt it somehow......... new zealand are favorites but i think south africa could win it they are emerging as very strong contenders with very promising young players and experienced players that have played in world cups before and have brilliant kickers.wales and ireland as underdogs.and australia play very well in the world cups.oh and expect england to get to the final without playing particularly well as per usual.

South Africa, England, France, New Zealand or Australia. Take your pick. Give an outside chance to Wales and Ireland as well. An awful lot can happen in three years. The only thing definitive at this point is that England will have a slight advantage as the home side.

Either France, Ireland or New Zealand. Argentina are also an emerging side now joining up the trinations to become whatever its called so Argentina might make it higher up the ladder these days. Ireland are a very strong side nowadays so i reckon they have a better chance to make the finals. Australia are out of form and still lacking discipline, doubt they will get very far. South Africa seemed out of form at the last world cup, doubt they will make the finals.

Its really anyones game wales can only get better. England are a strong side now i think they really proved the new team at the six nations. Then south africa always strong but still always building. Also new zealand may have had a huge confidence boost(not at they needed it) not to choke every final. So only time will tell.
