I'm 15, 77kgs, 191cm. Play winger in senior rugby league

By looking at websites such as the Australian Rugby League and affiliates, you should be able to discover a fairly decent plan, however it varies from person to person. Sign up at a gym, and keep eating as healthy as possible ie salads etc.
