you should defiantly play wing from the way you have described yourself you seem to be a wing player you fast which is good ad you can kick if you can learn to do a grubber kick efficiently that could be very beneficial but remember that you should always keep your options open if in a match the fullback gets injured you need to be able to say that you can play his position i myself am a second row but i can also play flanker prop and hooker so if you keep your options open it could come in handy
Definitely play fullback, especially if it's your second year. It'll make you a better player because there is so much more responsibility. Your able to join the line and create that overlap, run from deep and send up the high kicks. It also greatly helps awareness of positioning and helps you keep up with the game. It helps you to read the game and although it's the hardest place to tackle you'll soon pick up some good techniques. You don't want to be stuck on the wing where you game is unlikely to progress as fast as at fullback. Thats what i did in my 3rd season. There was a lot of pressure but i got used to it and now i'm centre and it's helped me greatly especially in split second decisions.
