Tips on style of play I should develop as a winger (Rugby)?

I have just started playing rugby for my school and I have been put on the wing, I am 14 6ft 1 about 11 stone and a very lean build, I can run the 100m in about 13 seconds. I am currently developing a style of play and I'm not sure if I want to stay as a winger or ask to move to number 13. I just need any sort of advice on how to play those 2 positions which I would be better off playing and what skills i will need to add to make myself a successful rugby player, and tips on exercises to do to build muscleI have just started playing rugby for my school and I have been put on the wing, I am 14 6ft 1 about 11 stone and a very lean build, I can run the 100m in about 13 seconds. To be honest if you're 14, 6'1'' and 11 stone it would be pretty wasteful putting you on the wing, as in junior years players like to hog the ball and they'll never pass to you. If I were you I'd definitely ask to play 13 instead. And in terms of getting better - look up "Conrad Smith" on YouTube. He's New Zealand's current outside centre, and the best in the world by a mile.
