South Africa will win hands down no question. In the Rugby Championship, every match between RSA and NZ was won by New Zealand simply because South Africa needed the four try bonus point to win the cup and so they kicked for touch on each penalty rather than going for goal. If RSA played a normal game with penalty goals, the All Blacks were hopeless. It will be the best sporting event ever when it comes around.
It is hard to see beyond NZ , SA or England. I have a feeling it might come a bit early for this England side and some of the all-blacks might be past their peak I don't think Wales or France could raise their game sufficiently for a whole World Cup. I would say it is down to a fight between South Africa and a last big win for some of the NZ veterans.

New Zealand because of their dominance. So far they haven't lost a match in the current Test Season. They also have the best back-row combination ( McCaw, Read and Messam ). South Africa will probably be the runner up
