Nah. I'm just as skinny and have played American football and never got hurt. But some may cuz their bones are weaker
they would die.
Really depends on the tackler. I reckon the marathon runner will just charge right through them.
What would happen if a rugby player tried to run 26 miles? It's possible a person could train for both sports, but there probably aren't many who do.
