When are common rugby (union) Tournaments usually played/televised?

If anyone wouldn't mind giving me a list of Rugby tournamnets that are commonly aired on tv and when they usually go on it'd be greatly appreciated! thanks!

I'm assuming that by "tournaments" you mean international competitions. I also see that you are (like myself) based in Canada. If you're interested in any of the major club competitions, the rule of thumb is that they generally take place during the applicable fall/winter period in that region. SkySports Canada is pretty much the only place in Canada which has regular rugby coverage. It covers the European Six Nations (Jan - March), and the southern Hermisphere "Rugby Championship", which is the old Trinations + Argentina in August/September. It also has the regular mid-year international tests in June/July and the end-of-year ones in October/November. They also have coverage of all the major club competitions in both the northern and southern hemispheres, with the exception of the French Top-14. Next year we also have the British and Irish Lions tour. It happens every four years when a combined English/Scot/Welsh/Irish squad tours one of the southern hemisphere nations. In June 2013, they are scheduled to take on Australia.

Also the Heineken Cup which is the European top tier club rugby competition from October to May.

The Super 15 (The greatest international provincial competition in the world) 6 Nations (A European competition between countries) The Four Nations (Australian, New Zealand, South Africa and Argentina)

espn sports networks and most rudgy tournaments as far as we know of are over in swedenn, england france germany the united states hons.

RWC s15 3N a few other minor ones it might help to tell us which country you're in
