I don't have piercings but I wouldn't wear them to training nor a match.

I know it is against the rules to have certain jewelry on while playing. I (a guy) have seen people tape their earrings in football (american) but I wouldn't risk it in rugby. If your sweating the tape could come off and you wouldn't know. It just all around doesn't sound like a good ideas to me, you might as well go through the inconvenience of taking it out.
