dan carter plays union... so which code? but anyway, i have the same problem. im 15, 5ft 7 and 65-66kg and want to gain a lot of muscle mass. i mean ive done heaps and heaps of research on the internet and all you pretty much have to do is eat a lot and not 3 big meals a day, but about 6-8 meals. and NEVER EVER EAT JUNK FOOD OR DRINK SOFT DRINK!! and also gym it heaps. and cardio is important as well. just search it up on the internet and get some programs for mass gain. you need 1.5 to 2g of protein every pound you weigh (not KG!) so workout how much you weigh and how much protein you need. also have about extra 4-600 calories each day. Remember, your diet is the most important.

Start lifting weights and taking in extra protein. Join a gym and get some tips from the trainers.
