Try contacting the Toronto Rugby Union at . No doubt some of the Toronto clubs will be running development programs. Or you might try joining one of the female junior sides with one of those clubs. If you have easy access to the downtown, then I would suggest trying either the Toronto Scottish or the Balmy Beach clubs.
