well from one rugby player to another the only thing you can do now is rest your body do some stretches to loosen up your muscles, and take a hot shower or sit in a hot tub or a hot bath. but the best thing to do is rest
Can't beat that feeling after a game. As people have said, a hot bath should do the trick.

The joys of rugby. A few stretches, some liniment maybe a bit of Mrs Hopps pain killers. Bath sounds good but I've never played at a ground with them, showers only.
Rest, a warm bath might help and painkillers if its that bad. Next time warm up and down.
