please help me i need this information........

I just finished playing my season of touch and 5 short term effects? I'm not sure if there is a set list of 5 things that everyone gets from playing touch short term. Nevertheless i would say Fitness - you're doing alot of sprinting and jogging back and forward and it will increase your anaerobic and aerobic fitness along with agility stepping etc and hand eye co-ordination catch &passing. Fun - you will have fun and i suppose the exercise will release the happy endorphins in your brain making you happier. Social skills - you will be playing against many other teams, getting to learn how to act around strangers and communicate with them. Also learning how to communicate in a competitive sporting environment which is very useful in all terms of life, especially business. Team - you will learn how to work as a team and the importance of team work. Teamwork is vital to this sport as being a ball hog or going for the glory instead of being a team player and offloading it to an outside or inside man to increase scoring chances will help you learn the importance of teamwork. Being able to work in a team is important in every aspect of life, unless you are planning on sitting at home by yourself for the rest of your life.. Structure - your day will become more structured as you will have to work your other commitments around game time and training times. I hope this helped you :)
