SQUATS

your light but that will make you a better rugby player, i've just hit 10 or 11 stone and i'm 15 and I play prop and weight doesn't hold me back one bit even though i play against guys that are like 14-16 stone regulary, so just stay the same weight until you are 15 then you can go to the gym and take supplements if you want. Also you shouldn't be trying to build muscle yet, you want to make your muscles endure so you can stay at full pace through a rugby match best off luck

Hey Michael, You seem like quite a light weight because I'm 14 years old, 5'4 but 14 stone. I think that what you need to do, is start eating a proper diet. Ask whoever is looking after you to buy more meats, carbohydrates and dairy products. Although you need all the nutrients, these ones are important for what you need to do. Now, go to your local swimming pool or the beach and try swim for about half an hour. 15 minutes breast stroke and 15 minutes front crawl. Then in the afternoon or morning, do half an hour of running or jogging. This regime will help you build muscle and stamina. I understand that you may not be able to do all these things, but try your best to do so. I've done this regime for 4 years, ever since I went to secondary school and my fitness and health have been excellent ever since.
