I have played rugby league to a pretty hight standard (Hull FC under 16s) all my life, but my school has a union team this year so I thingy I may as well get involved. I know the centre positions are different in union, but exactly how different are they? Where do I stand etc? If you're playing inside centre then diagonal to the ten, how deep you stand depends on the move, and if you're playing outside centre then the same just diagonal to the inside centre. Hope that helped, didnt know if you wanted tips in defence
