Cooper has just had shoulder surgery ruling him out for the rest of the year so your question doesn't mean a great deal. The team should be picked on form and White and Foley are the form players.
Not seem too much of Foley this year. Genia and Cooper at their best can rip any team apart however. Foley appears more of a distributor of a fly half where as Cooper comes across as more of someone who will attack the gainline. But then again Cooper does have a bullet pass, maybe his distrubition is better than given credit for, his sidestep is just so class that it gives the impression he is greedy and doesnt have a passing game. Anyway, I don't think any team in the world right now would turn down an on form Cooper and Genia, even NZ.
