As far as NZ goes in the Olympic year if you want to play in the Olympics you have to make your self available for the entire year sevens only, so in 2016 only sevens no super rugby or AB 15's. You can return to 15's after if you choose to. Current AB 15's players looking at this could be... Dagg, Vito, Messam, Gear, Savea and Barrett. Plus a heap of Super Rugby players.
