Mldova are in the third tier of european rugby and ranks 28th in the world (Germany are 26th) but neither of these teams ever get anywhere near qualifying for the world cup.
Both would be ravaged by any 1st/2nd tier side but the Ospreys have a pretty decent Moldovan prop.
