Best boots for a prop in rugby, + is it better to use 9th stud?

Played for 8 years now, got wide feet, all that, used the same version of boot which was Canterbury Rampage for about 6 years, the new model came out which was Canterbury Elites, they're alright just seeing if there is anything better as after each game getting sharp pains in my feet.Played for 8 years now, got wide feet, all that, used the same version of boot which was Canterbury Rampage for about 6 years, the new model came out which was Canterbury Elites, they're alright just seeing if there is anything better as after each game getting sharp pains in my feet.

i am also a prop and i've always used canteberry boots. they are wide enough for my feet to fit in comfortably but also not to long so that my heel starts to back rub. i actually have the Elites and they are perfect. my normal shoe size is a 7 and these boots are a perfect fit at sport size 8. as a prop, it is important to have a good grip in the ground so i have found the 9th stud to be very helpfull in that perspective, but if you think you can cope without it then don't use it. hope i could help you.

any Nike's would be good.
