Do rugby players in the UK and Ireland look down on soccer?

I am an American who played college football and we sort of looked down on soccer players as not being as tough, afraid to get hit etc. Are there similar views held by rugby players? Also are rugby fans better behaved than soccer fans? My dad played rugby for years and they had bumper stickers like "a hooligan's game played by gentlemen" etc. Some European soccer fans seem to be kind of trashy. I am a complete rugby fan in Ireland but know loads of people who love both soccer and rugby. But they would still say rugby is a man's sport. I think soccer players are a bit on the gay side. And yes soccer fans are very bitchy. Rugby fans are so dedicated but in a more respectful way. Some people may think different but this is my opinion.

I'm not Shure about Ireland and the uk put I play rugby and soccer dident play soccer last year but want to keep in shape this summer so ya no I live in Canada we play sports from all over the world soccer football rugby tennis hockey badminton basketball volleyball and many many more so ya

Some players think so but many people in my rugby squad play both. I still think that football (soccer) is a game for the weaker ones because it doesn't require as much bravery as rugby or (american) football.

They're also jealous that soccer ( football) players get paid 10x as much as they do!

Probibly because they're usually super hot

They better not
