Good exercises that will improve my game.?

Basically I'm 15 years old, I play rugby league and I'm a fullback. I'd like to say I've got abit of willpower and I'm a talented player but I'd like to be one of the best players the league has to offer really.. Should I eat more and drink protein drinks aswell as exercise. But is there anything that will up my game? (I'm pretty fast so sprint exercises would also be helpful).Basically I'm 15 years old, I play rugby league and I'm a fullback. You can always get better. Maybe it be study more film, push more weight, shred a little off your 40 time. Put in that extra rep everyday.

Run, a lot! It wouldn't hurt to do some upper body exercises either, like if you get tackled, it can help. Eat healthier!! That ALWAYS HELPS!
