Good strong body for rugby?

Posted at: 2014-07-08
I'm 14, I play number 2 (hooker) in rugby and i recently got told by the under 15's England rugby coach i have good potential but i'm way too small for the position i'm playing. I'm 5'9 and weigh 11 stone- pretty much all muscle. Can someone give me a workout routine that i can do to build my muscular strength and a diet plan (preferably one with lots of protein.)I'm 14, I play number 2 (hooker) in rugby and i recently got told by the under 15's England rugby coach i have good potential but i'm way too small for the position i'm playing.
