How do i gain muscle while playing rugby?

You have to experiment different workouts. I have some suggestions that only use your home and a pair of dumbells. Do push ups with a bag on (put books and heavy stuff to desired weight) if you have a push up bar use it as well, you should only be able to do about 10-15, then get dumbells heavy enough so that way two sets of 25 will wear you out. Leg workouts are good make sure you do jumping squats, burpies, and other leg workouts.
