How should a scrum half prepare for a rugby match?

I'm looking for specific detail on how a scrum half should prepare.

Aerobic (jogging) AND anaerobic endurance training (sprints, fartlekking, interval training...), strength training (there are about a million workout plans on the internet, pick one geared towards strength, not size), and... WATCH FILM!!! Can't stress watching film enough, you have t know how the game flows and be very comfortable with the rules. Here's a good rugby training program:

well i play flanker and im in county this year so i recommend before the rugby match you prepare by 1 on 1 tackling with someone+ how tall are you because scrum half's are normally small? and what age group do you play?
