How to improve speed/agility for rugby?

So the season is finished and I am starting my individual training soon. My main target for next season is to improve my speed/agility, it's not that I'm slow(I am a winger) but I can always get faster and more agile. So what exercises would you recomend? I have no access to a gym unfortunately:( thanks in advance:)So the season is finished and I am starting my individual training soon. Look up American football drills for speed and agility they work for any sport that needs speed and agil

Guys at my school rugby team do athletics training which with the sprints and stuff helps with there agility, you don't want to be adding more muscle because with muscle comes weight which will slows you down but maybe joint an athletics club or team but if that's not available to you do sprint training yourself which you can find anywhere how to's on utube for what you could do :)

u can practice sit ups on a gitrl ;))

Explain in more detail please.
