I expected the Boks to win but not by that margin. Injuries didn't help but some of these players are walking injuries. TPN rarely finishes a game and Barnes seems to now be injury prone following his time out with head injuries. AACs i8njury was just his putting his head in the wrong place, he should have known better. Did we have any tactics, apart from kick and hope? It will be interesting to see what next week's side against the Argies will be. The ABs did finish as I thought they would.
The Wallabies sure got a thumping. I actually gave them a chance of beating the Boks but on their home turf they are a different side. What is it with this horrendous injury toll the Wallabies seem to run up ? Is it bad luck, lack of fitness, or poor tackling and body position techniques ? The ABs were good against a tired looking Argie team who have probably run out of tactics on how to compete with the big boys -- I wouldn't rate Arg 100% favourites to beat the Wallabies next week.
