i am playing rugby my position is left prop nr 1...i have 16 years and 1.76 cm and 78 kilograms...i am too small for a prop?

Not necessarily. Do a little research on John "Ian" McLauchlan, a Scottish prop in the 70s who also played for the British Lions. Although small he was very strong and playing at loose head he was very difficult to scrummage against for big tight heads, as he could get underneath them.

At your age, you're fine. I know some guys who play amateur men's rugby who are your size but don't struggle as they enjoy the physical side of rugby. Aggression is key so start eating raw meat n watch war films lol

yes you are too small for the modern game and would risk serious injury , forget the 70s and "women's rugby" they are not remotely relevant

For U16, you are probably OK. You will want to bulk up to play that position for U18.

It's not all about how big you are. I am a girl and I'm 5ft 5" and I play rugby. If you are fast and strong then that's what really matters. I'm not very broad at all but I am strong and pretty fast so that helps me. I think you are fine in the position you are in, and if you think you are doing well, then stick with it! :)
