is there any tips or tricks i should know to make my game better (im more of a runner than kicker but i can kick)

As a centre you need to be fast, not the fastest on the team be still fast. What excersise i would suggest you do is sprinting excersises, eg. jog 70 metres sprint 30 jog 70 sprint 30. You need to work on that 30 metre burst of speed, This prepares you for that instant when you get the ball you shoudl sprint. Centres are the ones how break through the line of defence so dipping your shoulder before contact is a bad idea. Ye want to have the ball saftly secured and tucked away in a way the opposition cant rip it and you charge straight ahead. Then you have 3 options, pass, sidestep or run through them (my personal faourite) thats only my favourite because im good at it i have aot of body mass and power in the legs for it to work, however there are times where centres need to take the boring choice and sidestep, and remember to pass once and a while. Centre is a simple position. Run, but to aviod looking like a douchbag you shoudl pass it every soo often. Centres are also great tacklers so u want to be also working on drills that wud improve these areas i just mentioned not just working out in the gym Most Important things for a centre Instant Burst of Speed Stamina Tackling Work on those Ps.
