I am looking on how to increase my speed in the game, I am great at pretty much anything else but I need to figure out how to run my little legs. Please help, and I go for jogs and 2 hour bike rides, one day for each. And I have my practices Tuesday and Friday then games Saturday. You need to built up your stamina. You do this by pushing yourself to as hard as you can when you go on your jogs and bike rides. The only down side is this doesn't happen over night. You may not even realize that anything is changing but your coach will notice. Trust me.
