Individual rugby training drills, mainly passing?

I have recently taken up rugby i'm 18 but everyone has been playing for atleast four five years in my club, i'm looking for some drills particularly for passing to help myself improve, on my own. Also tackling and feet drills would be welcome.I have recently taken up rugby i'm 18 but everyone has been playing for atleast four five years in my club, i'm looking for some drills particularly for passing to help myself improve, on my own. Welcome to the greatest sport you will ever play! First, watch this video : One thing he doesn't address is the footwork of the pass. You should always open your hips to the target of where the ball is going. So, if you are passing to the right you should be stepping with your right foot facing the target driving off your back leg (the left leg) and using that energy to propel the ball out of your hands. To work on this by yourself set up a target in the lawn some where and just pass the ball at it. Start standing still and once you feel confident start jogging in a circle around it and pass. make sure you work both hands so switch directions. Good luck!

A lot of people think a rugby ball bounces everywhere if you throw it at a wall, but if you spin it at a wall it will bounce right back to you, practise both hands, (the wall will probably have to be 7+ feet high, I usually use the front of my house) otherwise it will still bounce your way but to the ground.
