Hey i'm 16 (17 this November) and i really want to play rubgy or american football... thing is i know nothing about either (i usually do football and athletics) so i was wondering if there is any point in starting this late in life, and if i should i need a crash course in rules and how they're played. yes you can start this late! my uncle did the same! pop down to your local club and speak to the coach/manager!
