It's a mess. Too fat (and apparently no laces) means it's not a modern gridiron ball, but the ends are far too pointed for either version of rugby. It might be an older and/or damaged rugby ball (either code) which has lost part of it's shape, or (possibly) an oddly coloured girdiron ball from the era before the ball was narrowed. What I can say is that this particular ball would not (currently) be legal for use in any of the three games you mention.
